尼日利亚托运人理事会(Nigerian Shippers’ Council)宣布货物跟踪号码必须显示在提单上，该规定针对尼日利亚的所有进出口货物。

自2015/11/17起生效。

什么是CTN呢

CTN NO. 是英文Cargo Tracking Note Number的首字母缩写。中文意思是：(尼日利亚Nigeria)货物跟踪号码，又称(尼日利亚Nigeria)货物进口清单。“根据尼日利亚港务局(NPA)的要求，从2010年1月11日(以提单日期为准)开始，所有到尼日利亚港口的货物在装船前都必须从NPA授权的代理处取得一个CTN Number(Cargo Tracking Note)，并且在提单和舱单上注明货物跟踪单的号码，否则不接受货物。”

什么情况下需要尼日利亚CTN NO. ?

根据尼日利亚港务局(NPA)的要求，所有出口到尼日利亚的货物，都需要尼日利亚CTN NO.。

CTN NO.需要显示在提单上，一份提单对应一份CTN NO. ，CTN的资料必须与提单一致。收货人必须持正本CTN在目的港清关。所有出口到尼日利亚的货物，船公司也要求出口商提供货物跟踪号码CTN NO.，如果没有号码，则船公司无法出提单。

尼日利亚哪些港口需要CTN NO. ?

尼日利亚的主要港口有：LAGOS、APAPA、TINCAN、ONNE。如收货人地址为尼日利亚，而卸货港或目的港为COTONOU及其他非尼日利亚港口，请与收货人确认是否申请尼日利亚的CTN。

The “Nigerian Shippers’ Council” have announced implementation of an Advance Carrier Declaration for all Imports and Exports into/from Nigeria and obtaining a Cargo Tracking Note (CTN) which number must be incorporated into the Bill of Lading.

The implementation date is currently 17-November-2015. Please note that the scheme is based on an internet platform accessed via

Shippers in all global ports of loading are expected to register on the platform before booking cargo to/from

Nigeria from 17th November 2015.

Imports into Nigeria

Prior to loading cargo to Nigeria customers are expected to obtain from the platform an Entry Summary Number (ENS) which must be advised to the shipping agent and incorporated on the bill of lading and the manifest by the shipping line agent.

Exports from Nigeria

Nigerian exporters are required to obtain from the platform an Exit Summary Number (EXS) before booking the shipment which number must be advised to the shipping agent and incorporated on the bill of lading and the manifest by the shipping line agent.
